Your style of minimalism and line art is very intriguing. Also it was a good call in the second one to diverge away from the usual square comic book container, throwing in those different shapes adds to the dimensionality of your narrative.
The background of your second comic is a little too dark for me, maybe lightening it up slightly would help. Also since you switched from a white outline to a black outline, it makes both pages stand out on their own rather than as a continuation. Maybe pinning down one specific outline color will create unity.
This is a really cool and interesting way of doing this narrative. I think you excecuted it well in this progress pic and I enjoy the minimalist lines.
Love this so far, this project seems to go well with your personal style. I like that some of the squares overlap and aren’t just beside each other. I think you could even have things going from one square to another like coming out of the frame, that could work well with what you already have.
